Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I extended my practice to encompass remote sessions. These remote sessions utilize the power of energy and intention to facilitate healing, even when we are physically separated. Through focused techniques and a deep understanding of the Art of Jin Shin principles, I am able to create a meaningful connection and provide effective healing support, regardless of distance.
In 2015, I joined Alexis Brink and the Jin Shin Institute, a partnership that has significantly enriched my practice and understanding of holistic healing. Empowered by my years of experience with the Jin Shin Institute, I am committed to fostering harmony and wellness in those I have the privilege to work with. Every day, I am fueled by the joy that comes from witnessing the positive transformations in individuals as they discover their own paths to balance and well-being. Through my unending curiosity and passion, I continuously expand my knowledge, ensuring that I am always at the forefront of providing effective and holistic care.

Breanna Rogers is a mother, Art of Jin Shin practitioner, dance artist and dance educator with a BA in Dance. She has been devoted to alternative healing, somatic practice and somatic study since her early 20’s. She was introduced to Jin Shin Jyutsu in 1999, when she was suffering from debilitating symptoms that she was dealing with from Lymes disease. Jin Shin was so deeply restorative and healing to her nervous system and she had never experienced any other healing art like it. Those sessions stayed with her throughout her life and in 2022 she began her journey with The Art of Jin Shin. As a practitioner, she now offers in person sessions and offers self-help one on one sessions. She also offers dance classes that incorporate some of the Art of Jin Shin philosophies as well as Self-help practices. Breanna is devoted to helping empower others in their own healing journeys.
Welcome to Konadu Health & Wellness, where I help people transform the way they live in their body through the power of touch. As a licensed massage therapist, I’m specialized in the Art of Jin Shin and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach- both therapies utilize gentle, non-invasive light touch to restore health and well-being back to the person. I believe everyone deserves to feel the best they can in their body, trusting in its innate healing nature. Throughout my 9 years as a practitioner in Jin Shin Jyutsu I have seen a profound change within my clients, helping them to feel more fulfilled, vibrant and healthy.
Sessions & self-help courses held in English, German and Spanish When I was a teenager, I always dreamt of living in a sunny village, surrounded by animals, close to the sea and working with people with different nationalities. So, I moved to the coast of sunny Spain and became a freelance translator (German/English/Spanish) and language teacher. I really loved my job, but 20 years of working until morning hours and with deadline pressure combined with childcare and housework stole nearly all my energy. That was in 2008, when I suffered from a Burn Out Syndrome and was introduced to Jin ShIn Jyutsu. This gentle art saved and changed my life dramatically. It not only brought my energy back, but also harmonized my digestion, enhanced my spirituality, and contacted me with many wonderful people (and animals) from all over the world. It was so amazing, that I decided to learn more about it and could not stop reading and taking courses… Now, as a qualified teacher of JSJ (since 2012), I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences by offering sessions for humans and animals as well as self-help courses for everybody, who wants to feel better, harmonize body, mind & soul and aspire an effortless reality.
Debi began her professional Jin Shin career over 10 years ago and transformed her medical massage practice to this profound and simply beautiful art since then. She will be on call to be there to ease a birth or offer a calm-touch session for a loved one close to transitioning. Her office is located in the sweet town of Talent and offers a place to let go and learn. Self help classes are taught from one and to six students.

Dipika Mistry has been studying Jin Shin Jyutsu since 2006 when she was trying to find alternate ways to help her son who had seasonal allergies. She has been an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist since 1990 in New York, after her training in London. She found that after studying Jin Shin Jyutsu, she was able give her clients increased power of healing and rehabilitation using both her Western and Eastern training. Dipika grew up in London, lived in NY for 26 years and moved to downtown San Diego in 2018. She currently does home visits and does treatments outdoors or in well ventilated rooms due to Covid 19 safety. The sessions are an hour long and her hours are flexible to accommodate clients schedule.
I have been working with Jin Shin Jyutsu for over 10 years and was very fortunate to be encouraged and mentored by Editha Campbell who took her training with Mary Burmeister in the early 80’s and brought trainers over from Scottsdale to the United Kingdom as one of the first organizers of this wonderful art. Working with her led me to training and taking 8 x 5 day seminars to become a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner. I have experienced first hand how Jin Shin Jyutsu was able to free up my energy (meridian) lines and open me up to my body, my grief at the loss of my dear mother and to my capacity to self heal.
As a personal testament, I have moved through my own illness of Lupus, and have now been in remission for many years. It gives me great joy and strength when I can share my knowledge, understanding and skills to my clients, to aid them on their own journeys to recovery or acceptance - to be ourselves, to know ourselves and to help ourselves. My professional practice has gone from strength to strength along with my great passion for Jin Shin Jyutsu (a gentle acupressure/safety energy locks work) and EFT (emotional freedom technique - Tapping on the meridian/energy lines) I also work with the wonderful reflexology and aromatherapy massage techniques and I am a Reiki Master/teacher.
I specialize in energy therapies working in a person centered way along the body's meridian lines, or safety energy locations - clearing any blockages caused by stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, work pressures, pain in the body, past histories, belief systems and confidence. I look forward to being part of the JSI family and working with anyone who would like to explore this wonderful Art.

Our hands are magical, that is what I have always believed in. In 2016 I was searching for mudras on the internet and it was then that I discovered The Art of Jin Shin.
The Art of Jin Shin has a profound meaning for me because it connects all important aspects of life:
Philosophically: I always believed that body mind and spirit are universally connected and The Art of Jin Shin showed me all these connections.
Spiritually it has handed me all the tools to deal with the challenges of life, also giving me strength and peace.
And physically it gives me the answers to ‘labels’ I encounter in others as well as in myself.
I love doing the sessions and seeing how many different (and of course endless!) ways there are to treat someone.
The Art of Jin Shin gives me the opportunity to work with all these levels and to develop the consciousness to handle all aspects that life offers.

Inspired by the needs of her own animals in later life for a gentler, more stress-reducing manual therapy than regular massage, Sara has found Jin Shin Jyutsu to be a life-enhancer and sometimes a life-saver for the companion animals of many of her clients. It is her passion to share these techniques and she finds true joy in seeing the deepening relationships between owners and their animals — and between practitioners and their animal clients — that result from them.
I have been helping people improve their health and well-being in the State College, Pennsylvania, area since 1996. I was first introduced to Jin Shin Jyutsu in 1997, by a client who had relocated to State College from California. Jin Shin Jyutsu immediately resonated with me and I began my studies into this Art. For a number of years I was the sole practitioner in State College, fortunately the number of practitioners in the area has grown since I began organizing seminars. My goal is to empower, encourage and facilitate my clients to participate in attaining and maintaining health, harmony and well-being. I look forward to working with you and becoming part of your wellness program.
