Singapore Classes
The Practitioner Certificate Program (PCP) Singapore 2023

The Practitioner Certificate Program (PCP) Singapore 2023 took place from May 27 to 29 and June 2 to 4, 2023. It was facilitated by Alexis Brink at The Living Well Workshop Co. Participants learned about the building of the body from Source Energy to the physical body. The program provided practical applications for giving complete sessions to clients. Through hands-on training, participants gained a solid understanding of the practical applications of the Art of Jin Shin, including its Sequences, Organ Flows, and Adjustments. The PCP equipped participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to become certified practitioners by the Jin Shin Institute.

The required learning materials for the program included The Core Textbook I (Foundational Principles), The Core Notebook, and The Art of Jin Shin, which supplemented the learning journey.
The program covered various aspects of practicing the Art of Jin Shin, including the history of the art, key concepts such as Life Force, Breath, Environmental Factors, Touch, Connection to Source, and Expanding Awareness. Participants also explored the two types of energy (Universal, Ki Eki & Individual, Tai Eki) and their effects, delved into the cycles of energy (Depths), and learned practical applications such as Safety Energy Locations (SELs), Body Reading, Pulse Listening, and Placement of Hands on the body. Case Study Analysis, interactive learning in study groups, homework practice, and feedback from the presenter were also included in the program. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to participate in four follow-up Zoom study groups.
PCP is now available in person, worldwide.

About The Living Well Workshop Co.

Meet Kheng Chua
Kheng Chua, the owner of The Living Well Workshop Co., began searching for better health and it led her to a diet known as macrobiotics.
As the path opened up, she became a pioneer in the organic food movement in Singapore. She was one of the founders of Singapore’s first natural and organic food company in 1994, and introduced macrobiotic lifestyle concepts to the public. She also brought in renowned speakers, including macrobiotics founders Michio Kushi and Herman Aihara.
Later, she was drawn into the full spectrum of natural healing in yoga, dance, meditation, and complementary therapy.
By 2000, and many happy coincidences later, she started working with some of the best institutes around the world. Her professional affiliations include: The Upledger Institute, Barral Institute, Chikly Health Institute and the Art of Jin Shin, USA., four US-based health resource centers dedicated to the advancement of complementary health.
A passionate and exuberant woman, Kheng lives the life she promotes. She has attended macrobiotic classes in Holland and USA; trekked through Scotland’s Findhorn to attend Carolyn Myss’ healing workshop; danced at the Esalen Institute in California; travelled to Bali, Thailand and New Zealand for meditation retreats. Her passion includes traveling to far-flung corners of the world and painting.
Kheng’s life and work is about helping people find their souls and to laugh again.
Meet Tan Siew Kim

She treats mainly special needs kids and women with cancer and other degenerative illnesses.
For more than a decade, Siew Kim has been sharing her knowledge of the Art of Jin Shin with the community by giving Self Help classes. Siew Kim will be teaching the Practitioner Certificate Program in 2024.
